THE NUTS & BOLTS
¨You can place orders on the website at anytime and we aim to deliver via courier within 48 hours of receipt of the order as all items are prepared freshly¨
¨Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday only (except Bank Holidays) and a charge of £5.00 levied on all orders regardless of amount¨
¨The meals are delivered frozen and we recommend you store them in the freezer when your delivery has been received¨
¨The dishes can easily be defrosted, ideally, overnight and either cooked in their original containers or the food removed and placed on a dish, plate, or in a saucepan to be cooked or heated using the instructions supplied¨
¨Each item will have a label containing cooking / heating instructions, but if using a microwave please refer to the manufacturers manual to check your appliance will accept our metal containers¨
¨The items are packed into specially designed boxes which will keep the food frozen¨
¨The food is kept in a solid state by frozen gel filled sheets situated above and below the items¨
