Here at Emma’s Homemade Fayre we offer a selection of lighter delicacies which are ideal if you prefer a quick lunch, dinner, or dessert.

 

All the meals are delivered frozen and we recommend you store them in the freezer when your delivery has been received.

The dishes can easily be defrosted, ideally, overnight and either cooked in their original silver containers or the food removed and placed on a dish, plate, or in a saucepan to be cooked or heated using the instructions supplied.

We have provided the following symbols to indicate recommended cooking methods but if using a microwave please refer to the manufacturers manual to check your appliance will accept our metal containers.

Judy's Homemade Victoria sponge cake is a popular item in our shop. It is a deliciously moist and tasty sponge containing eggs, flour, & caster sugar. After cooking the cake is cut in half and filled with a whipped cream & jam mixture before being 'sandwiched' back together and sprinkled with caster sugar.
