FISH DISHES


 

 

No weekly menu would be complete without the inclusion of some fish. Fish provides a good balance to weekly diet and combined with other ingredients a tasty alternative to meat.

 

All the meals are delivered frozen and we recommend you store them in the freezer when your delivery has been received.

 

The dishes can easily be defrosted, ideally, overnight and either cooked in their original silver containers or the food removed and placed on a dish, plate, or in a saucepan to be cooked or heated using the instructions supplied.

 

We have provided the following symbols to indicate recommended cooking methods but if using a microwave please refer to the manufacturers manual to check your appliance will accept our metal containers.

A traditional favourite providing a meal in one, made from haddock, salmon, & prawns poached in white wine and lemon juice with a cheese sauce containing leeks, mushrooms, soft cheese, & lemon. Topped with thinly sliced potatoes.

A dish consisting of salmon, sliced spring onion, & freshly picked dill. These ingredients are gently simmered in white wine, stock, and traditional rissoto rice is added to give a creamy flavour.
