BEEF DISHES

Beef is a very versatile meat and can be enjoyed in mince or steak based dishes. We believe this can be reflected in our selection of beef meals described below.

All the meals are delivered frozen and we recommend you store them in the freezer when your delivery has been received.

The dishes can easily be defrosted, ideally, overnight and either cooked in their original silver containers or the food removed and placed on a dish, plate, or in a saucepan to be cooked or heated using the instructions supplied.

We have provided the following symbols to indicate recommended cooking methods but if using a microwave please refer to the manufacturers manual to check your appliance will accept our metal containers.

Homemade Cottage Pie

A must have on any evening meal. Minced beef, peas, carrots, beans, Homemade gravy, chopped tomatoes, hand mashed potatoes mixed with egg yolk to maintain a 'fluffy' appearance and a small amount of horseradish sauce to add a twist.

A spicy favourite made from minced beef, fried onions, chopped tomatoes, red kidney beans, garlic, and hot chilli spices.

Diced beef pan fried with shallots, bacon, mushrooms, and simmered in stock red wine, cranberry sauce, & herbs to give a delicious flavour.
